Friday we took a dinner train through the
countryside
of Quebec. We were seated with a
delightful
couple. There was only one problem.
They
spoke no English. We spoke no French.
I
should be used to it, but it still amazes me how
very
French the people from Quebec are.
I
have heard in the past that Quebec would like
to
secede from Canada. Although I don’t think
that
will happen, they are like a country within
a
country.
